At Mowria Ltd., we prioritize transparency in our cancellation and return processes. Please read our cancellation and return policies carefully to understand the terms applicable to your bookings.
Working Hours for Cancellations
- Business Hours: Cancellations are processed only during our business hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time).
- Non-Business Hours: Requests made outside these hours, on Saturdays, or public holidays will not be accepted.
Cancellation Terms by Service Type
Daily Tours
- Full Refund: Cancellations made by 7:00 PM the day before the tour.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations after 7:00 PM may receive a partial refund based on specific tour conditions.
Transportation Services
- Full Refund: Cancellations made by 7:00 PM the day before the scheduled service.
- No Refund: Cancellations made after 7:00 PM are not eligible for a refund.
Multi-Day Tours
- Full Refund: Cancellations made by 12:00 PM the day before departure.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations after 12:00 PM will receive a refund of $700 USD only.
Return Policy
- We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible services and products. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the service completion or product receipt, subject to terms and conditions. Please contact us for further details.
